Many pilots limit their aviating to their favorite, familiar, nearby airports and miss the reward of more extensive travel. This workshop will help VFR pilots enhance their skills for longer-range flights with higher complexity and improved safety awareness, while expanding their enthusiasm for the pilot lifestyle. You'll hear from veteran pilots who regularly fly hundreds and thousands of miles in average GA aircraft in VFR conditions. Hear from them how they deal with flight planning, weather, and fatigue.
