Title:
Mountain Flying Safety Seminar
Topic:
Mountain Flying - Considerations / Hazards / Rewards
Date and Time:
Saturday, May 5, 2018, starting at 13:00 Mountain Daylight Time Download Calendar File
Speaker(s):
Zoan Harclerode
Brief Description:

Flying skills should be guided and taught in the air with a qualified, competent, and proficient instructor. This is especially true of flying in, around, through, and above mountainous terrain. Mountain flying is for the thinking pilot; therefore much can be gained by detailed advanced planning on the ground before the flight. This seminar aims to prepare pilots for safe flight in an unforgiving environment.
