Are paper charts a thing of the past?  Not so fast!  In this interactive seminar module “Paper Charts 101”, we will review the sectional chart and the vital information they provide.  We will also discuss techniques in the employment of paper charts so put down your iPad and come prepared to dust off some things you may have once learned but have long forgotten about paper charts. Our second module in this month’s safety seminar is “By the Numbers”; a look at some of the many rules of thumb employed during pre-flight planning and in-flight tasks and how they may help you with planning and decision-making.
