Title:

Topic:
Preventing Loss of Control and Fuel Exhaustion
Date and Time:
Thursday, April 20, 2017, starting at 18:30 Eastern Daylight Time Download Calendar File
Speaker(s):
Byron Hamby & Matthew Kiener
Brief Description:

At this spring event, we will discuss two subjects which are causal factors in many aircraft accidents. The first subject to be discussed will be Loss of Control, in which we will look at scenarios which lead to a loss of control of the airplane and what we can do to prevent and perhaps recover from these situations. Our second subject will be Fuel Exhaustion, which continues to be the greatest cause of engine failures. We will discuss what happened in accidents resulting from fuel mismanagement including human factors, contamination, and mechanical issues.  We'll cover what led to these accidents and what can be done to break the accident chain. So come on out and invite a friend and let’s get prepared for another safe year of flying ….Please register at the link below, for this event today!!!!!
