Topic:
Personal Minimums: The real measure of a pilot's capabilities.
Brief Description:
This presentation is based on FAA guidance for each pilot, encouraging them to be honest about their capabilities on any given day, in changeable conditions, establishing personal minimums that are framed by real experience, not FAA regulations.
