Brief Description:
John Linsenmeyer from the FAA's GA & Commercial Division will introduce the FAA's new and much anticipated "BasicMed" alternative medical certification program, and answer audience questions. BasicMed is the most significant change to the medical certification process in decades and may make flying accessible to many who thought they could not obtain medical certiication until now. BasicMed is slated to go into effect on May 1, 2017, so now is an excellent opportunity to get ready! Note: This seminar will be offered on Wednesday April 5 and again on Thursday April 6.
