Is your aircraft safe to fly?  Is your aircraft legal to fly?  You would think these are simple questions but often times are more complicated to answer than you think.  What if you are away from your home airport and cancelling is not convenient?  How do you determine if a discrepancy is safe and/or legal?  This open forum discussion is moderated by a professional flight instructor and will present multiple scenarios where a normal preflight has more to it than initially appears.
