Brief Description:
New Mexico has a wide range of Non-Towered airports from very simple operations such as 0NM7 to somewhat complex fields such as KLAM to very complex fields such as KSAF after the tower closes (only for the evenings...so far!).  The seminar will cover the basics of non-towered field operations and the more unique situations found at some NM airfields via lecture and interactive table top exercises with a CFI.  CAP will host hamburgers and fixins afterward for a nominal donation.

CAP Hangar is on the SW side of Rwy 28; if driving enter via gate 1 (see attached pdf file for map); if flying in, ground transport will be provided from the Santa Fe Air Center to the CAP hangar by the Airmen's Association of Santa Fe or you can walk around the service road at the threshhold of rwy 28.  DO NOT WALK ACROSS THE INFIELD AND RUNWAY 28!
