This will be Mr. Stowell's fifth visit to the Skagit Regional Airport.  At each of the previous seminars, time has run out before all of the questions could be answered.  This seminar, however, will be different;  It will be a round-table discussion that will allow greater exploration of the many safety subjects previously addressed.
