Wildlife encounters on the runway pose a credible risk to aircraft and pilots. Many types of animals call the area home, and knowing how to operate safely around wildlife may save you from a close encounter or worse. In this safety seminar we will be discussing mitigation techniques, hearing from a wildlife expert, and learning about the FAA's wildlife reporting system.
