Brief Description:

Join us in the KWJF terminal for a special Pilot/ATC and Operations Forum.  Meet your local Tower Chief, Mr. Jose Valdez Gonzalez, and participate in an interactive forum moderated by your local FAAST Team. Hear directly from the tower about any issues or incidents they have seen, their preferred practices, how they manage the many different types of traffic at the airport, and how we might communicate better with them. We invite flight instructors from the local FBOs, the Edwards Aero Club, free-lancers, and all pilots who regularly fly in and out of KWJF to come out and bring your Questions, Observations, and Concerns!  Discussion will include practice SFOs for training, working with the acrobatic box aircraft, fire-fighting priorities, radio calls and traffic spacing, and any topics YOU choose.

Invited guests include Plant 42 Base Ops (instrument approaches), PMD Tower, Fox Airport management, & Mike Hartenstine (IAC) to talk acrobatic box activities. There will be a Meet and Greet time after the Forum.
