Lessons learned during an instrument training flight which include the training plan, preparation and decisions made leading up to the flight which took the crew inadvertently into icing conditions. CFII Dave "Wendy" Thomas will discuss the incident, the aeronautical decision making before, during and after the encounter and the post-flight debrief.
