In this interactive seminar, we'll discuss the following and more:

  1. Category 2 drone operations under FAA Part 107 allow for flights over people, sustained flight over open-air assemblies, and operations over moving vehicles, provided the drone meets specific performance-based criteria and is Remote ID.
  2. Operations and Compliance: Category 2 permits sustained flight over open-air assemblies, provided all other safety requirements are met.
  3. Key topics for Category 2 Operations:   14 CFR Part 107.120, Impact Limits, No Laceration Hazard, Declaration of Compliance, UAS Labeling, Broadcast Remote ID, and Parachute Recovery Systems.
