He continues to be involved in various outreach and education events, whether it is giving weather talks to classrooms and professional organizations, or providing weather information at community events. Adam currently leads the culture and media programs at the office, and has formerly led the Skywarn Storm Spotter program. This has included working with broadcast media to relay important weather information, along with working with volunteers who gather weather reports for safety and weather awareness across the region. He has been deployed to various counties across Southern California, as well as at the State in Sacramento, to provide decision makers with key weather updates to keep communities safe and informed during impactful weather events.
