New CFIs are often overwhelmed when they start with their first student, and realize there is a lot that they do not know. This meeting will give the new folks a chance to meet and talk with the old heads. New folks are encouraged to come and learn. Old heads are encouraged to come and pass on their knowledge. Whatever you want. Things like: how to find students; better ways to teach skills; do you need insurance; should you be teaching anything that will not be on the checkride. Come join us and learn!

The organizer for this event is Chris Hope. Chris holds CFI certificates for aircraft single engine land and sea, multi-engine land,and instruments. He is a Master CFI and Gold Seal CFI, and has been teaching since 1973. He has flown gliders through 4-engine transport aircraft.
