Brief Description:

Genaral Aviation Joint Steering Committee (GAJSC) study of Fatal General Aviation Loss of Control Accidents found that a significant number have identified human performance deficiencies that could be addressed through Safety Management Systems components. The GAJSC feels that basic Safety Risk Management (SRM) knowledge is beneficial to all pilots.  In this interactive seminar we'll discuss:

  • Understanding SRM components and processes.
  • Application of SRM processes to General Aviation operations.
  • Pilots should understand their capabilities and limitations and strive to maintain and improve their Performance skills and abilities.
