CFI Forum: Teaching Stable Approaches and Go-Arounds

Join us for an in-depth discussion on best instructional practices for teaching stable approaches and go-arounds. We’ll review findings from the General Aviation Joint Safety Committee’s study on loss of control accidents and explore their safety enhancement recommendations.

This session will define what constitutes a stabilized approach and an effective go-around, and cover when and how to teach these critical maneuvers. Along the way, we’ll share tips and techniques to boost training effectiveness and promote safer flight operations.
