Join us in Truckee for one of the final Fly Safe Seminars of the year. Local pilots and A&P/ IA's Doug Lee and Bjorn Anderson will showcase how working on your own aircraft can make you a better pilot. Live, inside a hangar these mechanics will showcase what you may not know you can and cannot do on your aircraft. They will touch on preventative maintenance from a pilot perspective and what the FAA allows and doesn't allow.

This meeting will be held in Hangar A9. It is an executive hangar and is the nearest hangar to the east of the terminal building. Look for the "Lighted X." 

This meeting will only be offered in-person and will not feature a Zoom option.

About The Speakers:

Doug Lee and Bjorn Anderson are both Airframe and Powerplant Mechanics with an Inspection Authorization in addition to being airline captains flying the Boeing 747. Doug is the owner of several small GA Aircraft including a Pitts Special and is a helicopter CFI. Bjorn manages a Flight Operations Quality Assurance Program for an airline. Additionally Doug and Bjorn can perform Pitot Static inspections for any aircraft.
