Brief Description:

Introduction to MOSAIC, a finalized FAA rule that significantly expands the capabilities of the Light-Sport Aircraft (LSA) category and Sport Pilot privileges, removing strict weight limits and increasing performance capabilities like speed and stall speed. The rule introduces "Sport Pilot 2.0" and "LSA 2.0", making a wider range of new and existing aircraft accessible to sport pilots and enabling manufacturers to design and certify more complex aircraft, including four-seater aircraft.
