Join us as Tom Kozura, FAA FAASTeam Program Manager with the Grand Rapids FSDO, reviews accident data from Fiscal Year 2025. We’ll cover Great Lakes Region trends, then take a closer look at Michigan’s 10 accidents this year—2 of which occurred at Ottawa Executive (Z98).

Tom is a U.S. Air Force veteran, former corporate pilot, and lifelong general aviation enthusiast. When he’s not leading safety programs, he’s restoring his Piper PA-12 Super Cruiser and building an authentic Sopwith Camel replica.

This seminar will highlight lessons learned and strategies to improve safety, decision-making, and proficiency for every pilot.
