Brief Description:

Don't miss this rare opportunity to land at an active Air Force Base! Please join us for safety presentations, facility tours, good food, and don’t forget your Fly Wisconsin Passport book! Various IFR and VFR topics presented by experts from across the area, as well as an overview of Wisconsin Air National Guard operations and airspace issues. The base will be open to visitors beginning at 7:00, seminar presentations begin at 10:00 AM and ending at 3:00 PM. Breakfast and lunch will be available for a small fee.

All attendees must register with the Air National Guard before October 6th. Registration instructions are located on the WisDOT's website; https://wisconsindot.gov/pages/doing-bus/aeronautics/trng-evnts/ifrvfr-sem.aspx Security will not allow unregistered personnel, vehicles or aircraft onto the base.

Driving Instructions: Take exit 55 off of Interstate 90/94 for County Road C toward Camp Douglas/Volk Field and drive in toward the guard shack and gate. Gate attendant will provide directions to the building.
