Brief Description:
The purpose of the Special Focus RSAT meeting is to discuss factors contributing to surface events including runway incursions and excursions, surface incidents and wrong surface operations. Of particular interest at DAB are pilot deviations and runway incursions. We plan to discuss the history and characteristics of these trends as well as mitigation strategies to address the matter and increase airfield safety. We are inviting you and other safety professionals from all major airport interests.
