FAASTeam member and DNR Conservation Officer Pilot Jason Jensen will be talking about skiplane flying in Minnesota and why you should try it. Skiplane techniques and the safety margins that go along with them are great aviation skills to acquire. Phrases like “flat light conditions” and “overflow” may not be familiar to you, so come out to learn about yet another option for Minnesota pilots. Along with these items, we will discuss winter survival equipment options for anyone who ventures out during wintertime.
