Brief Description:
The 21st Century has brought an unprecedented wealth of weather information to the general aviation pilot. Near real time weather products provide graphical and textual information to the pilot,and enhances the pilot's situational awareness and aeronautical decision making during in-flight periods. However, pilots must understand when, where and how to obtain pertinent weather information. A thorough understanding and interpretation of weather information resources, their capabilities and limitations are essential to safe flight.

Directions to Venue:
From I-77, take Exit 82C westbound toward York on Celanese. Continue West until passing on the right and turn North onto Museum road just past the Armory at the traffic light. Continue to where the road splits, stay right, Airport Road, past the fire station on the right. Airport Terminal building is on the right. Parking in front of the Terminal.
From York, SC proceed eastbound on highway 161 and stay left where the road splits [Highway 901 goes to the right]. First traffic light passing the small shopping area on the right, turn left [North] at the traffic light onto museum road, past the Armory, Stay right where the road splits onto Airport Road past the fire station to the Airport terminal on the right.
