Introduction

Wrong Surface Operations, Runway Incursions and other precursors to surface risk continue to be on the rise.  Wrong surface operations include events where an aircraft lands or departs on the wrong runway or taxiway, or at the wrong airport.  We will also look at the new hot spot standardized symbology.

We will look at surface trends and view videos on wrong surface operations to include wrong airport, wrong direction intersection and wrong surface landing.
