Quad City International Airport (MLI), located in Moline, Illinois, recently initiated a development program to reconstruct Runway 9/27, their primary runway. Construction is expected to primarily occur during the summer months from 2009 through 2012. While the construction project is primarily focuses on Runway 9/27, the entire airfield will be impacted, including construction and use of a temporary runway.
