Brief Description:

If you fly aircraft this is a must for everyone. Hear from aircraft mechanic and aircraft owner Mark Yankovich and FAASTeam Program Manager Jurg Grossenbacher about maintenance issues that affect both pilots and mechanics.

We will discuss an aircraft incident that revealed many of the issues that plague our general aviation fleet. We will discuss operator/owner responsibilities as well as what maintenance functions a pilot can perform themselves with the proper training. We will discuss advanced preflight inspection, service letters and ADs, proper communication and professionalism.
