Brief Description:
Brainerd Airport Director Steven Wright will discuss winter airport operation at both a Part 139 and non-Part 139 Airport. He will cover the requirements for snow removal, how the surface area is prioritized and communicating with the plow drivers. A brief summary of NOTAMs and braking action reports. Steve will also take a moment to inform participants on the Airport Rescue services that are provided at the Brainerd Airport.
