Brief Description:

This is a session for pilots that have already installed ForeFlight on their iPads or iPhones and want some pointers on using the many advanced features. Bring your iPad to use during the demonstration. To get the most out of this session, you should have installed Foreflight, downloaded at least VFR charts for states you are interested in (at least NC), and flown at least a couple of flights that track the airplane you have flown.

Jan Squillace is a CFI based at Raleigh Executive Jetport.  With over 1600 total flight hours and 900 hours in the cockpit of a Diamond DA40, she specializes in Technically Advanced Airplanes (TAA), including G1000 and Cirrus Avidyne.  After spending a career as a software engineer, she likes all things computerized, especially Foreflight in all its iterations.

Jan is the IMC and VMC Clubs coordinator for EAA Chapter 1114 in Apex, NC.
