Brief Description:

Lasting 30-40 minutes and followed by group discussion of the concepts presented, this presentation reviews best practices for taxiing, runway incursion avoidance, and provides a review of runway signs and markings using the FAA Runway Safety Pilot Simulator.

This event will be preceded by a 30 minute presentation regarding predicting aircraft performance.  Wings members please register for each seminar separately.

Also, DPE and FAASTeam Representative Brett Zukowski will be available after the meeting 10AM to 10:30 AM to answer general questions regarding preparing for your next Private, Instrument, or Commercial ASEL practical exam (check ride). CFI's and students welcome and urged to attend.

In total, the two part event will run from 0830 to 1000 with DPE availability from 10-10:30 AM.
