Title:
Granite in the Clouds - Preventing VFR into IMC!
Topic:
VFR Into IMC Continues to be a Major Factor in General Aviation Accidents.
Date and Time:
Thursday, August 29, 2019, starting at 18:30 Eastern Daylight Time Download Calendar File
Speaker(s):
Rich Donnelly
Brief Description:

Every time you read about a VFR pilot flying into IMC, you probably think (as I do) “that could never happen to me”. Yet it does happen to a lot of us, year after year. Why is that? What can you and I do about it?  Come join us for a discussion on this topic, add to the conversation, and maybe help make flying safer. We will discuss risk factors, weather planning, in-flight risk management, and recovery techniques.
