Brief Description:
Every Towered Civilian Airport in America has a Runway Safety Action Team (RSAT). Every RSAT is required to conduct a public meeting annually to discuss Runway Safety, Runway Incursion Avoidance, Wrong Surface Landings and any other Runway Safety topics of interest.
You, the flying public, are encouraged to attend and to provide input based on your knowledge and experiences. This is also an opportunity to learn from the airport Air Traffic Control Team, Airport Management, operators on the field, and from your fellow pilots.
Please take the time to participate as an active part in your Aviation Community, and to add your weight to move the risk-pendulum toward SAFETY.

Directions to Venue:
FLYING IN - Set your GPS to KHRL, Direct, Enter, Enter - Be sure to communicate with Valley Approach, After landing tell Ground Control you want to park at Sun Valley or Gulf Aviation, both on the East side of the airfield
THERE IS NO PRE-ARRANGED TRANSPORTATION FROM THE FBOs TO THE MEETING
Airmen are Responsible for their own Ground Transportation
DRIVING IN - From Interstate Highway IH-69E - Proceed East on North Loop 499; Turn Left (North) onto N 25th St; Turn Right (East) onto Iwo Jima Blvd, to the airport
WALKING IN - Probably NOT!!! Try Uber or Lyft ;-)
