Title:
Fun Flying WIth Total Control!
Topic:
Stay proficient for fun and safe flying; avoid Loss of Control problems!
Date and Time:
Saturday, July 20, 2019, starting at 10:00 Eastern Daylight Time Download Calendar File
Speaker(s):
David St. George FAASTeam Rep, CFI
Brief Description:

Loss of Control accidents are the number threat to pilots. Over 50% of accidents happen in areas of flight where we only spend 5% of our time! To fly safely requires regular practice and a professional approach to flying (and it can be fun). It is not enough to become a pilot and train only once in life. Safety requires proficiency and is a continuous process of lifetime learning. Knowledge and mastery of your aircraft is also an important safety focus.

Your presenter is an FAA pilot examiner and managed a FAA part 141 Flight School for 25 years. David is now flying charter right out of Cortland! Your questions and comments are encouraged. Come to this interesting presentation and discover some new ideas to keep you safe in the air. Bring >your< experiences and questions. Pilots at every level are welcome (and bring a friend!) The Cortland Airfest is a fun local experience with something for every member of your family.
