At the end of a long flight you just want to land, but a trainee controller and instrument practice traffic have created the perfect storm--and you've just been cleared directly into it.  Can you trust a controller who's already made an operational error, or will you violate an FAR because you believe it will avoid a mid-air collision?

FAA WINGS credits will be awarded to pilots that register on the FAA Safety website and attend the meeting.

The monthly IMC Club meetings use real-world scenarios to engage members and allow them to share and build their instrument experience. During these meetings, an instrument meteorological conditions flying scenario is presented, followed by a group discussion of the situation. Various ideas for dealing with the scenario are explored, and multiple solutions are considered. You will be challenged, and your instrument flying knowledge will be improved as we continue to learn from each other. It's this structured group problem-solving environment and discussion that allows us all to become better instrument-rated pilots, and it's what makes the Nashville IMC Club one of the region's most popular and well-attended aviation seminars!
