Brief Description:

John Prast, a Controller with decades of experience, will provide an update on changes affecting airspace and navigation in the area, including instrument approaches, and also share insights to help improve ATC/pilot communications. John will share real-life stories that are both entertaining and educational from his years behind the microphone.  Attendees are encouraged to come with questions as this presentation includes a question & answer session.

Karen Kalishek, 2019 National FAA Safety Team Member of the Year will provide a brief overview of the FAA WINGS program and update on pilot benefits that are new this year
