Brief Description:

Loss of Control Inflight (LOC-I) is the primary cause of fatalities in aviation. It dominates in all areas from homebuilts to commercial jets worldwide. National Transportation Safety Board Member Earl Weener has called LOC-I a “stubbornly recurrent safety challenge.” Join veteran pilot and trainer Patty Wagstaff as she helps us better understand this phenomenon and offer actionable strategies for pilots and new training approaches and preventive measures for CFIs.

The FAA's "Orlando Field Office" (aka FAA Safety Center) is centrally located on the Sun-n-Fun grounds at the corner of Laird Drive and Sun-n-Fun Road.  We are the large building with the rooftop deck.  Forums entrance is on the west side of the building.
