Brief Description:

This popular two-hour presentation on Wilderness Survival equipment, techniques, and attitudes returns to Sun-n-Fun 2019!  The seminar will provide any pilot, passenger, or anyone who goes into the great outdoors with the following survival information if you find yourself in a survival situation:

•           Clothing

•           Shelter

•           Signaling & Rescue

•           Fire Craft

•           Food & Water

•           Survival Kit & Misc.

Basic utilization skills will be introduced, and a discussion of the necessary attitudes toward survival will be discussed.

The FAA's "Orlando Field Office" (aka FAA Safety Center) is centrally located on the Sun-n-Fun grounds at the corner of Laird Drive and Sun-n-Fun Road.  We are the large building with the rooftop deck.  Forums entrance is on the west side of the building.
