Title:
ADSB Now Do not get left in the hangar
Speaker(s):
Cameron Rolfe
Brief Description:
REDISTRIBUTED DUE TO NEW DATE OF 10/09. Due to circumstances beyond our control we are postponing the date of this event from 09/28 to 10/09. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Almost half the aircraft in the San Francisco Bay Area are not yet ADS-B compliant. If they do not take action now to schedule the necessary equipment changes, they will be grounded on January 1, 2020.
How will the Automatic Dependent Surveillance Broadcast system affect the way pilots fly? What are the different types of compliant radios, their costs, benefits and limitations? What are the installation requirements for aircraft owners?
