Topic:
SFO Class B airspace changes
Date and Time:
Wednesday, August 1, 2018, starting at 19:00 Pacific Daylight Time Download Calendar File
Speaker(s):
Greg Savidge
Brief Description:

As pilots, we need to know how to navigate the new SFO Class B airspace from Day 1. The new layout is effective August 16th and contains significant changes that affect almost every kind of local operation. In this seminar, we will highlight differences between the old and new Class B, as well as how the new design affects local flight operations including arrivals and departures to/from PAO and SQL. In addition, we will share the best tools you can use to familiarize yourself with the new airspace before it goes live.

Greg Savidge is a CFI-I/MEI at West Valley Flying Club who competes in aerobatic competitions and has a passion for teaching others the joys and exhilaration of flight.

Join us for a review of the new SFO Class B layout and what you can do to ensure safe, fun, stress-free flying!
