Title:
Cessna 172N 172S and 172R
Topic:
What’s the Difference?
Date and Time:
Saturday, August 4, 2018, starting at 12:00 Pacific Daylight Time Download Calendar File
Speaker(s):
Stephen Heesacker CFI
Brief Description:

Most pilots have flown or continue to fly a Cessna 172 which is arguably one of the greatest airplanes of all times.  The Cessna 172 Skyhawk is an American four-seat, single-engine, high wing, fixed-wing aircraft made by the Cessna Aircraft Company. First flown in 1955, more 172s have been built than any other aircraft. Did you know there are over 20 variations of this aircraft?

San Carlos Flight Center (SCFC) rents 3 versions, the N, S and R models.  What are the difference and is it important to know? SCFC trains all pilots to completely read the POH from cover to cover before flying any aircraft. Is there a better model for you?Join Stephen Heesacker CFI as he walks us through all the differences between the 3 models to enhance the safety of your flight. This is one seminar you do not want to miss if you are a fan of the Cessna 172 Skyhawk

For Stephen, flying has always been a joy.  He has a degree in Physics and Aeronautics at San Jose State University and has competed on the San Jose Precision Flight Team and United States Precision Flight Team.

This event qualifies for FAA Wings credit.
