Brief Description:

Put this one on your calendar to discuss vital Nevada Aviation safety topics, both chronic and emergent. The FAAST Team, Nevada State Aviation Manager, FAA, and local Airport Managers, and the Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT), Kurt Haukohl and Dean Patmor, A34 Airport Manager will host an interactive meeting between pilots, airport user groups, Facility, other FAA organizations, and aviation enthusiasts.  Subjects include new proposed airspace changes in Northern Nevada and new Federal / DOT programs & grants to assist airports.  A review of non-towered airport operations with a presentation of the new iPad Airport Directory, so please bring your iPad to the meeting if you have one.  This is a rare opportunity to visit the Dayton Valley AirPark (A34), meet with local pilots, and learn about Fly-in Community Residential Airports. ( See Flyer attached below )
