Brief Description:

The weather is perfect, the aircraft is ready, what about you, are you ready?

We will discuss how and why all of us need to step back and asses our level of proficiency or lack of before we make the decision to jump in that aircraft and go.

We will show you the Wisconsin accident, incident statistics that show why it is so important to stay proficient.

We will discuss some of the programs available to help in keeping you on top of your game.

This open discussion will be led by Jurg Grossenbacher, FAA Safety Program Manager from the Milwaukee FSDO and John Puttre, President of EAA Chapter 320.
