Brief Description:

Dr. Joy L. Taylor and her colleagues at the Stanford University Aviation Research Lab performed a multi-year longitudinal study on the relationship between aging and pilot performance.  Dr. Taylor’s presentation will discuss their study and the influences of age and aviation expertise on longitudinal flight simulator performance.

Joy L. Taylor, PhD, is a Clinical Professor (Affiliated) in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University School of Medicine and the Associate Director of the Stanford/VA Aging Clinical Research Center.
