Brief Description:

This is an excellent program for all pilots and maintenance personnel presented by Dr. Parvez Dara. Dr. Dara is a pilot, CFI, AME and excellent presenter. Dr. Dara brings to us his wealth of information in Engine out procedures as well as the human and mechanical factors involved. 

The Program will include detail information about Aircraft Reciprocating Engines, Common Causes of Engine Loss, addressing and managing Engine Loss on Take-Off, Cruise, and Climb,   the view from the cockpit during engine loss, Engine Out Mathematics for Safety, Engine Out Options, Engine Fire Algorithms, and Pre-Flight Engine Out Prevention Considerations. 

Further, as with all FAA Safety Seminars at KILG, Senior DRBA Personnel will be on hand to update you on operations at KILG, and Senior ATC Personnel will be on hand to answer your ATC questions.
