Title:
Say it again - please
Topic:
Communication between local controllers, and you.
Date and Time:
Thursday, March 15, 2018, starting at 18:00 Eastern Daylight Time Download Calendar File
Speaker(s):
Don Kent & Nicolas Candelier
Brief Description:

Our daily traffic count, has been over a thousand operations a day. At a smaller airport, with 3 runways or less, it’s take a lot of hard, professional work, to deal with it. Often, there is; frequency congestion, over talking, and un trained language.

So, what we need to say, and how we say it - in just few words? to fly safe, and communicate to the control tower, center, traffic and other pilots, is crucial to keep our sky safe.

Our discussion will include communicating with approach controllers, common terms/phraseology used, along with understanding some parts of the Miami and the local airspace.
