Brief Description:

The Inspector Authorization (IA) Course is an approved eight-hour all-day event and attendance will meet the requirements for your IA renewal.

THERE IS NO NEED TO REGISTER ONLINE FOR YOUR ATTENDANCE

REGISTRATION / ATTENDANCE CARDS WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE DAY OF THE COURSE.

* AMT Award Credit is available for attending this all-day IA renewal event.  If you wish to receive credit for attending this event, please pre-register on this website.  When you pre-register, you ensure that AMT award credit is correctly applied to your account.  Also when you attend this event, an attendance card will be made available to you.  Make sure you get your attendance card stamped as proof that you attended each presentation.

* WINGS Award Credit will be provided for each pilot briefing.  Please refer to www.FAASafety.gov to find each briefing listed as a "web only" posting, there you will be able to register online for each of the separate FIVE BRIEFINGS to receive the associated WINGS credit.  You may also sign the attendance roster at the event to receive the proper WINGS credit.

This annual event is split between pilot and mechanics.  You are welcome to join for any or all of the sessions that will run throughout the day.  The pilot briefing seminars will be upstairs at the Brookings Airport and the mechanics training (inspector authorization course) will be in the hangar at the Brookings Airport.
