Guest speakers from San Juan FSDO (Inspectors Nurset Guversin and William Melendez) will discuss the statistics and present mitigation strategies applicable to 14 CFR Part 91 operators helicopter operators and flight schools.
Training scenarios involving simulated flight events are at the top of the accident causal factors list. Quite often, flight instructors fail to intervene in time or the engine may quit during the simulation. Our speakers will discuss the reasons and present best practices to prevent and protect yourself in everyday operations and in the training environment
All 14 CFR Part 91/135/133 and Public helicopter operators are encouraged to attend.
