Brief Description:

This is a FREE event sponsored by the City of Albertville and the Alabama Aviation Training Center.  The two (2) WINGS programs will run concurrently with the 2018 Inspection Authorization Renewal seminar.  This WINGS event will allow attendees to interact and network with over one hundred Inspection Authorization holders and visit with several general aviation product vendors.

Starting at 1:30 Mark Lee with Carpenter Avionics will provide information concerning Automatic Dependant Surveillance – Broadcast (ADS-B) system regulatory requirements, equipage options and the enhanced safety benefits of the new systems.

Following the ADS-B presentation , Richard Henry-FAA Safety Team (FAASTeam) Program Manager will discuss the regulatory importance of maintenance documentation and what you should expect from your aircraft maintenance providers.

HWY 75 to Albertville Regional Airport (8AO) turn east at Albertville Airport sign and follow the road to the Alabama Aviation Training Center.  Look for the FAA Seminar sign on the right.

Courtesy shuttle will be provided for airmen flying into the event from Albertville Aviation to the Alabama Aviation Training Center.
