Brief Description:
Martinsburg ATC Tower controllers will present a program describing safe Class D procedures and communications. This is an interactive discussion that allows controllers and airport users to clear up confusions about operations in the Martinsburg Class D. A presentation on the differences in CTAF, UNICOM, and Control Tower frequencies sill help identify when each should be used.
