Poor communications and maintenance error/omission continues to be a top causal factor in maintenance related aviation accidents. The FAA Safety Team is committed to educating the maintenance population in an attempt to highlight this cause and mitigate it. If you have questions concerning maintenance communication or human factors issues, there are several free courses on that will help educate mechanics and minimize these factors.
